After losing three games in a row the Sooners will enter the Bedlam baseball series on a two game winning streak thanks to a series win over Kansas State.
Thanks to Chuckie Caufield, Joe Dunigan and Kody Kaiser the Sooners were able to pull off another late rally Sunday beating the Wildcats 7-6 to take the series two games to one.
After losing the first game of the series 2-3 OU cruised to a 16-6 victory in the second game before Sunday’s victory.
The series against Kansas State left OU just one game behind Nebraska in the Big 12 standings. OU will play their final series of the season against the Huskers in Lincoln.
The annual Bedlam series with Oklahoma State begins Friday night in Tulsa and will continue Saturday and Sunday in Oklahoma City.
