Josh Hancock was a pitcher for the St. Louis Cardinals until he got loaded at a local sports bar and then crashed his SUV into a tow truck killing himself. Now Hancock’s father is suing the restaurant for serving his son too much alcohol.
I’m not trying to sound cold hearted in any way but at what point should a person be held accountable for their own actions. No one forced Josh Hancock to drink or to get behind the wheel. If he was minor I would say that there would be a case but as it stands now the only person responsible for Josh Hancock’s death is Josh Hancock.
That’s my opinion. What’s yours?
