Vick Pleads Guilty - NFL Headlines

The big story today in the NFL is that former Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick has pled guilty to to federal dogfighting conspiracy charges.

"After consulting with his family over the weekend, Michael Vick asked that I announce today that he has reached an agreement with federal prosecutors regarding the charges pending against him," lead defense attorney Billy Martin said in a statement.

"Mr. Vick has agreed to enter a plea of guilty to those charges and to accept full responsibility for his actions and the mistakes he has made. Michael wishes to apologize again to everyone who has been hurt by this matter."
So now the question is how much time in prison?

No one should be shocked by this but the Dolphins offense has been far from impressive this preseason.

"We're at a point where we need to start putting this offense together and the number one thing our offense needs is leadership," Dolphins’ coach Cam Cameron said. "Trent brings that, but I do believe Cleo's time is coming and he's got a lot of room for growth."
