Jack Nicklaus will end his career in major championships at the British Open. He has chosen the Open to be his last official tournament because he doesn't feel competitive anymore.
Nicklaus hasn't played in the British Open since 2000, but will return to St. Andrews in Scotland this July, where he last competed in the tournament. Nicklaus won at St. Andrews in 1970 and again in 1978 as a part of his record 18 major titles.
Nicklaus played in his final Masters last month and missed the cut.
