As a quarterback out of Jeannette, Pennsylvania Pryor is the nation’s top high school recruit who most believed was heading to Ohio State. However, Pryor decided to extend the recruiting process by not signing on National Signing Day because he hadn’t yet had the opportunity to visit Penn State.
