Dropping from my ballot this week is Penn State and making a new appearance is the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. Yes, I finally gave into the pressure from the Rambling Racket.
I was called out last week by the Georgia Tech blog for not ranking the Jackets. I have to admit that I wasn’t completely sold on the Jackets but after doing a little research on them this week I have decided to add them, but they are going to be on a one week probation.
